Tim is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of construction experience. He has lead major civil projects throughout California including highways, bridges, airports, concrete paving, underground pipeline, and flood control.
Tim lead Disney’s first project in Southern California – the Laurel Street Overcrossing. This technically demanding project was built on a highly compressed schedule and garnered awards from AGC California, AGC San Diego, and Caltrans.
Tim holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from University of California Berkeley and an M.S. in Civil Engineering (Construction Engineering and Management) from Stanford.

Tim is a 25-year construction industry veteran and provides executive-level oversight of Disney’s projects. Prior to entering construction, Tim worked as a design engineer and is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of California.
Tim has deep technical experience and has successfully delivered a variety of civil works projects including water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, bridges, large diameter pipelines, mass transit facilities, marine, shoring, and foundation work.
Tim holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
President
Rick is our Founder and President. He started Disney in 2005 with the award-winning Devil’s Slide Bridges project. Prior to Disney, Rick spent over 20 years estimating and managing major civil works projects using both traditional and alternative delivery methods.
Rick guides Disney’s culture and oversees estimating, business development, strategic planning, and external stakeholder relationships.
Rick is a Director of The Beavers, member of the University of California Berkeley Civil Engineering Advisory Board, and a member of the Caltrans Construction Partnering Steering Committee.
Rick holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and M.S. in Civil Engineering and Construction Management both from the University of California Berkeley.
